My National Security Policies

Energy Policy

– “All of the above” domestic energy policy, to include Federal investment into geothermal electricity production in the Northwest Wyoming/Southwest Montana region

– Synchronize carbon-free energy production with fossil fuel energy production to cause the least amount of disruption and displacement in the US economy

– Become the energy producer for free nations of the world. This means we will be a direct energy exporter to our allies in East Asia and Western Europe

– Fast track the approval and contraction of four regionally aligned oil refineries to increase the flexibility of our liquid fuel sector, which will stabilize the supplies of gasoline and diesel

– End subsidization of electric vehicles. These subsidies do not increase purchases but they do increase the price of the vehicles. Furthermore, EVs have a larger carbon footprint than gasoline powered cars, are the product of slave conditions in Asia and Africa for the mining of minerals and metals needed to make the batteries, and puts an unsustainable burden on our already overloaded electrical grid. Border Security Policy

Complete the border security barrier. This is vitally important. We as a nation need to have accountability of every person entering our country. We will attend to those that seek asylum according to our laws, but we cannot have unknown numbers of illegal aliens crossing our borders. These individual are often time drug mules, human traffickers, child sex slavers, and those on the international terrorist watch list.
No pathway to legalization until the border is secured from San Diego to Brownsville and the only means of entry of our country on the southern border is through our many ports of entry.
Get control of the visa overstay issue. This is how wealthier individuals enter our country illegally. Many career criminals gained entry to our country through overstaying their visas.
Double the number of immigration judges for expedited hearings.
Impose immediate deportation proceedings against those individuals committing violent or drug crimes.

Military Policy

Seek the repeal of the 2002 Authorization of the Use of Military Force. This AUMF has been abused by four administrations to wage near unlimited warfare against whichever enemy emerged on the scene. Congress must pass more narrowly tailored Authorizations with expiration dates or conditions.

Ensure that our military is the finest in the world and maintains it ability to engage in two conflicts simultaneously around the world.
Audit the Department of Defense to begin to provide an accounting of where the money on the Global War on Terrorism went.
Establish a Secretary of the Coast Guard to bring that service on par with the other military services.

My Domestic policies

Budgetary and Taxation Policy

Wellman Administration budgets will be baselined off 2019 pre-pandemic spending
I will seek a taxation level that is not punitive to any one group or groups of people while maximizing tax compliance and tax revenues

Size of Government

I will seek to reduce the number of Federal departments by six through the combining of like functioning departments. This includes:

- Spin off the Health component of HHS into a stand-alone Department of Health
- Combine the Departments of Education, Commerce, Housing and Urban Development, Food Assistance programs of the Department of Agriculture, and Labor into one Department of Citizen Services
- Combine the Department of Energy, Transportation, and the technology portions of the Department of Commerce into a Department of Energy, Technology, and Transportation
- Merge the Departments of Agriculture and the Interior into a Department of Land Management

Federal Law Enforcement

Reform the Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Classify all open investigations as “Law Enforcement Secret”; prosecute leakers of LES information
- Remove the ability of the FBI to unilaterally conduct raids. This is the Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION, so investigate.

The conduct of raids to serve warrants will be the sole authority of the US Marshals Service.
Federal Force Protection Service will become the agency that other federal agencies must coordinate with to receive policing support
I will not sign any extensions of the PATRIOT ACT in its current form

Crime and Drug Policy

Work with state and local authorities to locate, arrest, and prosecute those individuals fencing stolen goods on the Internet
My Department of Justice will examine local criminal activity to find any nexus that would be covered by RICO statutes.
Utilize the Coast Guard to work to stem the flow of Fentanyl precursor chemical into the Western Hemisphere
Focus DEA efforts to end the scourge of Fentanyl based chemical warfare on our citizenry
